Enamel Paint

Back to the invention list

These improvements include basically three classes of products.

The first is a range of extraordinary liquid enamel paints. Some of these involve mixing ingredients a short time before (or during) application for paints with special properties. The properties that can be especially engineered are:

Hardness, toughness, high thickness of buildup, self leveling in a thixotropic material, and great resistance to weathering.

Some varieties allow the buildup of thick hard coatings that would be difficult to produce with almost any other existing product, short of some special epoxies.

The Second range of products involve "baked enamel paints". These products can be engineered to almost match the properties of fired enamel coatings, or they can be engineered for producing extremely thick and tough layers hard to reproduce with any other commercial product.

The Thrid range of products are some Fired Enamel coatings. But, in this range, the most useful products may be thin but durable flame plated enamels.
