This is a high mineral content composite material, and a pipe casting technique that combine to form extremely durable pipes.
This pipe is quite hard, while still tough. BENEFITS are:
Resist being broken or cut when hit by a shovel.
Very chemical resistant
Safe for water supplies.
Suitable for both small and very large diameter tubes.
Can be manufactured in very long lengths.
Can (conceivably) be manufactured in the field for long continuous pipe application.
Fire resistant composite pipes are possible with some formulations. This could be a good material for sprinkler systems and gas pipes.
