Concrete, high surface strength

Back to the invention list

This invention involves a concrete finishing and/or a concrete molding technique.

It can be used for increasing surface strength in molded or slab concrete.

A slightly more interesting variation allows it to be used for more rapid continuous "slip molding" of concrete (for the production of curbs, pipes, etc.)

This latter application significantly reduces the man-hours required to form a given length of slip molded concrete product. It also makes the prospect of molded "in place" continuous concrete pipe somewhat more attractive.

This could be very important in allowing the formation (in place) of large bore sewer pipes, drainage, and irrigation piping.
