Hot Iso static Pressing – (HIP), the simultaneous application of heat and high pressure, has become a standard production process in many industries. In the HIP unit a high temperature furnace is enclosed in a pressure vessel. Work pieces are heated and an inert gas, generally argon, applies uniform pressure. The temperature, pressure and process time are all controlled to achieve the optimum material properties. HIP is widely used in the casting industry to remove the internal porosity generated during the casting process. This results in improved strength, ductility and fatigue life of the casting. The rejection rate is reduced and the mechanical properties of the part are more consistent. Casting alloys that are routinely HIPped include nickel, cobalt, aluminum and titanium.HIP processing reduces scrap and improves yield.HIP maximizes material utilization by improving material properties. Plastic Injection – Custom plastic injection manufacturing; locations in California, China, Taiwan and the Philippines. To support full OEM functions, manufacturers incorporate spray painting, silkscreen printing, UV printing, laser marking and hot stamping production to meet the highest expectations and requirements. Certifications include ISO-9002. Custom Cable – Custom cable harnesses available, from large industrial harnesses to automotive harnesses. Locations in Taiwan, China and the Philippines. Certifications include ISO 9001 and QS9000. Transformers – Transformer manufacturers located in Taiwan and China with capabilities ranging from very small to large industrial transformers, currently building from 2 to 45 KVA, with requirements to comply to UL2601, IEC601-1 and CSA C22.2 NO. 601. Design Services These services are available locally and in the Philippines. Design and development capabilities include complete products as well as subsystems. The design engineers work in close coordination with you during the early stages of product development to ensure a seamless transition from design conceptualization to volume manufacturing. Design engineers can also be utilized to refine a product design and suggest alternative materials, to allow for a lower labor and materials costs, faster turnaround time as well as improved product quality.
